I had a really good experience at Duke's. Normally when I go to a jewelry store I am scared that they are going to try to take advantage of me. The last jewelry store I went to, they told me they couldn't fix my wedding band and suggested that I sell it as junk metal. I walked into Duke's and showed them my rings. They told me that they could resize them for me. They were very kind and welcoming. I loved the refreshments of mixed nuts and M&M's. They also had a fridge stocked with soda, water, lemonade, and chocolate milk. It kept my little one happy while I was talking to them about fixing my rings. When I was chatting with them, they told me their lead jeweler has been working in the store since he was 7 and has a lot of experience. A bit better than someone hired 2 weeks ago at a jewelry store in the mall. I was impressed and would go to them again. Also found out they have a 50% off sale at the end of January to clear our their inventory. :) So head on in.
